1. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Since we offer both ready-to-wear pieces and premium custom tailoring, our delivery timelines are structured as follows:

  • Pret / Ready-to-Wear Collections: In-stock orders are processed swiftly and dispatched from our Faisalabad production hub, reaching you within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
  • Custom-Stitched & Made-to-Measure Orders: Garments requiring custom sizing and bespoke tailoring require an additional 7 to 10 working days for production before dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift slightly during festive peak seasons, public holidays, or unexpected weather conditions.

2. Shipping Tariffs

  • Domestic Deliveries: We proudly offer free shipping nationwide on all full-price collections across Pakistan.
  • International Shipments: Delivery fees for global orders are calculated at checkout, based on destination country and total package weight.

3. Logistical Partners

To guarantee secure handling, we only collaborate with trusted courier networks:

  • Domestic Network: Dispatched via reliable local couriers (e.g., Leopard/TCS).
  • Worldwide Shipping: Managed through established international cargo handlers (e.g., DHL / FedEx).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For our domestic clientele within Pakistan, Cash on Delivery is fully available. The courier representative will collect the invoice amount in cash at the time of package handover.

5. Consignment Tracking

Once your ensemble leaves our studio, a shipping confirmation alert will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email, containing your official tracking ID and courier portal link, so you can monitor your package in real time.

6. Customs, Taxes & Cross-Border Duties

International shipments may attract local import taxes, customs duties, or regulatory tariffs enforced by the destination country’s border authorities. These charges are outside our control and remain the customer’s responsibility.
